Are the portraits handmade?
Yes. If you choose the Handmade Edition option, the entire process is created by hand with great attention to detail. From transforming your photo into the artwork design, to preparing the layers for cutting the wood layers, painting each piece, and assembling the final portrait, every step is carefully handcrafted.
I also offer a Studio Print Edition option. In this case, the design is still digitally created by hand from your photo, then professionally printed and carefully framed by hand to achieve the final piece.
What is included with the artwork?
Each order is thoughtfully prepared to offer a complete and premium experience:
• The finished portrait with the selected frame included.
• Downloadable high-resolution digital files of the artwork, perfect for wallpapers, prints or what you prefer.
• A signed certificate of authenticity confirming that your piece is an original and unique creation by Trescatorce.
Every artwork is carefully packaged and prepared with attention to detail to ensure a premium experience from the moment it arrives.
What sizes are available?
I currently offer three different sizes for both printed and handmade layered portraits:
• 30 × 40 cm (11.8 × 15.7 in)
• 40 × 50 cm (15.7 × 19.7 in)
• 50 × 70 cm (19.7 × 27.6 in)
The sizes listed above refer to the artwork itself, without the frame. Once framed, the final dimensions increase by approximately 3 cm (1.2 in) overall:
• 33 × 43 cm (13 × 16.9 in)
• 43 × 53 cm (16.9 × 20.9 in)
• 53 × 73 cm (20.9 × 28.7 in)
Can I choose frame colors?
Yes, you can choose between three different frame finishes at no additional cost: Black, White, and Light Wood.
All frames include a fully sealed glass front panel to help prevent dust from entering and to keep the artwork protected over time.
How much do custom portraits cost?
Below are the base starting prices for portraits featuring one pet or one person. All prices include worldwide shipping.

If you would like to include multiple pets or people in the same artwork, the final price will be discussed personally via WhatsApp or email depending on the complexity of the piece.
All prices include the framed artwork, worldwide shipping, protective packaging, and everything included in the final finished piece.

How do I order a custom portrait?
To order your custom portrait, simply contact me via WhatsApp (Click here) or by email at info@trescatorce.art
You can send your photo, preferred size, frame color, and any custom details or ideas you would like for your artwork. I’ll personally guide you through the entire process and help create a unique piece made especially for you.
What photos do I need for the portrait?
For the best possible result, I recommend sending high-quality photos whenever possible. Front-facing photos with good lighting and clear details usually work best for creating the portrait accurately.
If you don’t have a perfect photo, don’t worry, simply send me as many photos as possible of your pet or person. I will carefully review them and choose the best references to create the artwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept secure payments through credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods, all securely processed by Stripe.
Once the final details and price of your portrait are confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link that will redirect you directly to the checkout page.
All transactions are encrypted and handled through Stripe payment platform to ensure a safe and secure experience.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are already included in the final price of the artwork, which is discussed and confirmed personally during our conversation via WhatsApp or email.
Once the artwork is completed and ready to ship, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on the destination country. All orders are securely packaged and shipped through UPS with protected and tracked shipping to ensure the artwork arrives safely.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Because each artwork is custom-made specifically for the client, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once production process has started.
However, if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or is lost by the shipping carrier, a replacement piece will be created and shipped at no additional cost.
